Our work starts right at the very beginning when we get our first query. Working on the details given by our clients we try to find out the best doctors among the 1500 specialists present at all over branches of Apollo hospitals in India. We provide the relevant information needed by a client regarding the specialists, their appointment timings, consultancy fees charged with other details.
Once the clients become satisfied with the information and give us the go-ahead then only we proceed to arrange for his travel to India for treatment.
We do the planning for your travel to India. All the formalities regarding visa help, flight bookings, pick ups from airport and finding accommodation in India is taken care by our staff. Once you arrive in India our efficient staff takes over to pick you up from the airport and transfer you to the place of accommodation.
Fixing appointments with the doctors comes next. In India taking appointments with the medical specialist does not take more than a week. With our efficient and active staff working appointment generally do not take more than couple of days. Once the appointment is fixed, at Apollo our esteemed clients are attended by doctors while relaxing in the platinum lounge of the hospital. Before and during your treatment at Apollo we assist you in liaising with your doctor in your home country to gain access to your previous medical reports. We collection the reports on your behalf and facilitate their smooth transfer to India where it can be easily accessed by the doctors.

Getting the requirements for the operation can be a big task at times.
